During our family stay at Hotel Elena, we found it incredibly accommodating for our furry companions. As a pet-loving couple with two dogs, it's crucial to find welcoming environments for all members of the family. The hotel's policy for all guests, including children, to be present at check-in made the process smooth and efficient. The requirement for government-issued photo ID not only assured us of security but also showed a professional approach to guest registration. From the spacious rooms to the convenient location near the beach and ferries, there was never a dull moment for the kids. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added a warm touch to our stay, making us feel at home. We appreciated the inclusive atmosphere and the attention to detail regarding guest policies, making our vacation truly memorable.
